When can I expect my shipment?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse within 5 business days from the order date. The shipment will arrive within 10 to 20 business days after the shipping date, depending on carrier availability and the destination. We apologise for any delays that may occur if the shipment requires customs clearance or inspection, or if there are carrier delays.
How can I track my order?
A tracking number will be provided in your shipping confirmation email. You can use this number to track your order on the website www.17track.net.
What are your shipping rates?
We charge a flat shipping rate of USD 2.99 for all destinations worldwide.
Which countries do you ship to?
Currently, we ship globally. However, if your country is not covered by our logistics, we will notify you immediately and make the necessary adjustments to your order. For more information on our destination lists, please contact us at service@cqrhch.com.
How can I change my delivery address?
Address changes are only allowed by 11:00 PM (PDT, -7 GMT) on the same day the order is placed. You can contact us via service@cqrhch.com to request such a change.
Can I have my order delivered to a different address than my billing address?
Yes, this is possible.
How is my order shipped?
Orders are shipped during regular business days, excluding holidays. Any order placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.
A portion of the goods will be shipped directly from our local warehouses, while the remaining items are produced and shipped directly from our own factories located in the United States, Canada, and Australia.
